1.1 The booking is only confirmed once a non refundable £50 booking fee has been paid, and the booking form has been complete.
1.2 For individuals, the remaining balance must be paid in advance no later than 7 days before the event.
1.3 For companies, schools and university's who pay via an accounts department, payment is due within 30 days after the event.
1.4 The deposit and remaining balance can be paid in cash or via bank transfer.
2.1 A minumim of 60 minutes should be allowed for setting up equipment prior to the event start time.
2.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring there is a suitable electricity supply up to 5 metres from the set up area.
2.3 The Client must ensure there is adequate parking with a loading area close to the venue.
2.4 The Client must inform DJ Rob Agar of music preferences no less than 14 days before the event.
3.1 Any damage or theft caused by The Client's guests will be the the responsibility of The Client. DJ Rob Agar will inform The Client as soon as they are away of the damages or theft, and The Client will be charged accordingly.
3.2 The Client is responsible for the their guests behaviour, and if DJ Rob Agar feels under threat, verbally or physically, before or during the event, he reserves the right to suspend or terminate the performance.
4.1 The client authorises DJ Rob Agar to use any photographs or video recordings taken during the event, for the purpose of marketing on social media and websites. If The Client would like to opt out, they must inform DJ Rob Agar in writing before the event.
5.1 Unforseen circumstances include sudden illness, accident or injury.
5.2 In the unlikely event that DJ Rob Agar is unable to attend a confirmed booking, due to unforseen circumstances, DJ Rob Agar will inform The Client as soon as possible and will strive to find a suitable replacement at no additional cost to the client. If no alternative can be found, The Client will be issued a full refund for that event only and DJ Rob Agar will not be held liable.
5.2 DJ Rob Agar will not be liable for failing to attend a booking, where the reason for non-attendance or late arrival is caused by adverse weather conditions (including Snow & Flooding), road closure, road traffic accident, vehicle breakdown, fuel shortages, acts of terrorism, industrial action, Government restrictions, incorrect booking forms or other unavoidable circumstances deemed beyond our control.
6.1 If the event is cancelled with fewer than twenty eight (28) calendar days notice, the balance of the total fee owed shall be payable in full within 10 working days of cancellation.
